Because female and gender non-conforming producers are under represented in the music and creative industry, there's a one-sided image of who the music producer is. We make space for different perspectives because we believe that everyone has the potential to become a visionary producer.

In 2020, artist-producers Eva van Manen and Josephine Zwaan founded rosetta. to increase the visibility and employment opportunities for female and gender non-conforming producers. What started with panels and table talks has grown into multiple projects based on a unique vision of music production.

rosetta. believes that a visionary producer consists of multiple dimensions, both technical and artistic, as well as personal. Connecting these aspects forms the basis of all our learning journeys.
